Here I sit in Dallas, Texas awaiting my plane to Bogota, Colombia. my flight is expected to arrive at 12:30A and tomorrow I will meet the others at the bus station around 4p and then head deep into the Amazon where we will spend a week and partake in 3 Ayahuasca ceremonies.
I've now been dieting for about 1 week: No sugar, No salt, No oil, No meat, No spices, No dairy, No alcohol, No garlic, No onion and have lost over 10 pounds.
A chain of coincede led to me joining this experience which I've been nervously awaiting. This is my first time using Ayahuasca and my it's been over 20 years since doing any hallusinagentics (mushrooms in college.)
I've faced several stuggles in recent years (dad died, wife had 2 ectopic pregnancies, turned 40, and am struggling to deal all of the transition and issues in my job (3 CEOs in past year.). All in all I'm hoping to take this journey as a reset and hope I can get a bit of clarity to help me with the issues I face...
