Looking for a New Years resolution I stubbled upon a podcast with James Clear the author of Atomic Habits. He explained that "just showing up is critical to successfully starting a good habit". With this I'm mind I downloaded a habit tracking app and listed the habits I hope bring into my life in 2022. Listed items include swimming 1 lap 3 times a week, journaling 5 times a week, do 1 push-up, walk outside, meditate for 2 minutes... We'll see what we can do in 2022:)
