Casual winter Sunday

Had a casual Sunday hanging around the house, before going to watch our first movie in a theater since COVID-19, Sing 2.  It was a nice uplifting movie with a few laughs and music to make you move.  All in all it was fun to get out together with the family, and a rare treat on a school night.  Finished packing the Christmas lights up over the weekend and working on implementing a few new habits.
It's been nice to have some cool weather to help keep a bit of snow on the ground.   Colorado has been so dry over the past year, and December seemed was very abnormal with fires in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains followed by huge winds and historic fires in Louisville/Superior.  Spoke with our tenants a few days ago who told us they watched the glow of the fire in the city from the front yard.  It seems many people have broken fences, and damage from the unusually strong winds not to mention the hundreds of homes that were burned to the ground.
Planning to begin waking up early again tomorrow morning to begin working on the new habits.
Let's see how good Monday can be!
