Yesterday morning we awoke with low clouds in the sky, brisk temperatures, and ice everywhere. The evening drive was dangerous slick and very strange January weather for Golden. We cancelled swimming and stayed in for the evening. This morning elementary school was delayed for 2 hours due to the icy conditions.
