After wearing a mask for all of 2nd and half of 3rd grade yesterday was the first day masks weren't required at Fairmont Elementary.
All children over 5 and teachers have now all had the opportunity to get vaccinated and the most recent Omnicron COVID variant seems to have a very low death rate when vaccinated.
